4:35pm: Alton, New Hampshire has been hit hard by flooding today.
Alton's Public Works Department has stated that most roads in the town are closed, including Mt. Major Highway, which is reported to have a large sinkhole in it. Here's a couple images from Route 140 in the town:

1:14pm: Manchester, NH was hit hard by flash flooding this morning. Here's an image from a rescue in the city:

Flash Flood Warnings have expanded quite a bit, Tornado Watch remains in effect until 3pm, though there have not been any Tornado Warnings in the last two hours.
10:54am: Record PWAT values have been confirmed.
We discussed PWAT values in our forecast post leading up to this event, and how the values could near record levels. The record PWAT value in the Gray, Maine NWS area has been broken.
10:21am: A TORNADO WARNING is in effect for South central Hillsborough County in southern New Hampshire until 10:45am.
9:55am: A TORNADO WARNING has been issued for southeast New Hampshire, near Raymond.
9:45am: As expected, alerts are expanding, severe t-storm watches have been posted.
